Delivery Time=Processing Time +Shipping Time

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 2-4 business days [ Monday to Friday]

Shipping time: 5-6 business days [Monday to Friday]

Order cutoff time: (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

We only ship within the United States.

2. Less than $29.99, each order + $4.99 shipping

Delayed Order

If you are experiencing longer than expected wait times, we encourage you to contact us.

Incorrect Address Entered

If an incorrect address is entered in your order, please contact us as soon as possible to fix the mistake.

Shipment Confirmation And Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, click on the tracking number and update it on our website.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

woolit.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

woolit.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If you feel you received a damaged or defective item from woolit, please contact our team at [email protected] and provide any pictures and information regarding the damaged item. We are not able to accept damaged or defective goods until a claim has been submitted.

Further instructions will be provided after we have received your claim details. Replacements for damaged or defective goods will be provided at the discretion of woolit.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
