Return & Refund Policy

We provide Quality Guarantee for our items for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you have any concerns about the quality and condition of the items when they arrived, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You must submit photos that clearly reflect the condition of the items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Refund

We are happy to provide a refund, store credit or replacement for your order (Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges), such as item arriving damaged, item not as described, item lost or not received, wrong item received, etc. We will issue a refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the package.

Please provide your order number and photos of the item and package. If the item is damaged, you must submit a photo that clearly shows the condition of the item and/or damage to the shipping box.
Once your refund request has been received, reviewed and approved, we will process your refund promptly. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Returns Adress

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at [email protected] to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
